Christmas goodies (part 6 )

Hi, and Merry Christmas !!! Here is another Christmas goodie.

                         Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

 24  chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed               3 eggs

4T.butter melted                                                        1c. mini chocolate chips

3  8 -oz.pkgs. cream cheese                                      1 T. flour

1 can sweetened condensed milk                             1 t. vanilla

 

Mix cookies and butter together and pat into a 9- springform pan .Beat remaining ingredients together and pour on top of crust. Bake at 300 degrees until firm, bake for about  one hour. Cool, then refrigerate.

Christmas goodies ( part 5)

Hi, hope you guys are enjoying my Christmas goodies here is another one for you all.

                                     Peppermint Bark

              Melt  one   package of Almond bark, chop up one package of candy canes and add to melted Almond bark. Lay wax papper in a 9″x13 pan  and pour in mixture of Almond Bark and  Candy canes, refrigerate until hard, break into pieces and ENJOY !!!!!

Christmas goodies ( part 4 )

More Christmas goodies,

     Molasses Cookies

     

1/2c. butter                      1/2t. salt

1/2c. shortening              2 1/4 t. baking soda

1 1/2c. sugar                     2 1/4t. ground ginger

1/2c. molasses                  1/1/2t. ground cloves

2 eggs                                 1 1/2t. ground cinnamon

4c. flour

Cream together butter, shortening, and sugar until light colored and fluffy. Beat in molassas and eggs. Combine dry ingredients, then add to creamed mixture. Roll into 1 1/2″ balls.Dip tops in sugar. Bake at 350* for 11 minutes. Do not over bake !!!  Have a good day!

Christmas goodies ( part 3 )

 Here is another Christmas goodie for ya,

                 Sour Cream Sugar Cookies!!

                2 eggs.                  3/4c. Flour 

               2c. sugar                2t.  baking  powder 

      3/4c. shortening            1t. nutmeg 

           1c. sour cream            1t. baking soda 

          1/2t.  vanilla                 4c. flour 

Combine eggs, sugar,shortening, sour cream and vanilla , mixing well . sift together 3/4 cup flour ,baking powder, nutmeg and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending well. Add 4 cups of flour, stir well and roll out. Cut shapes with you favorite cookie cutters or drop by the spoonfull. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350*  for 8 to 10 minutes or until very lightly browned.
