HI! Its Kaelyn again, we have been so busy with the farmers market starting back up and taking care of the baby chickens so I have not had time to post very much. So I finally found time to post these cinnamon rolls. Here is what you do first:)
Mix together in a large bowl
1c. warm water
4 pks. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
Then in another bowl mix
3 1/2c. hot water
1c.butter
1c.sugar
4tsp.salt
Now add the water butter mixture to the yeast mixture. Then mix in 10 to 12 cups of flour, enough to make a stiff dough but not stiff enough for kneading. Let rise in a greased bowl until double.
Lightly flour the counter and spread out into a rectangle.
Then melt 1/3c. of butter and spread over your dough and then mix
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 TLB.cinnamon
and spread over your dough
Then take your dough once you have your sugar and cinnamon over it and roll in to a log
Now cut into 1 inch rolls and place into a greased pan and place into a 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minuets 🙂
Then when they are done glaze them with 4c. powneered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2c. water
They are better served warm well I guess I better go enjoy this nice weather talk to you later:) 🙂
